1. Service Overview

Apexion Ai ("the Service") provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for AI content generation and digital media orchestration. The Service includes dashboards for monitoring task progress, managing content campaigns, and tracking internal metrics.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your campaigns and the configuration of your projects. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that violates any applicable laws or platform guidelines.

3. Payments and Refunds

All credits added to your wallet are final. Once a generation task has been initiated and resources allocated, we cannot offer refunds. If a task fails due to internal system errors, credits may be returned to your internal balance at management's discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

Apexion Ai, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the Service, including content removals, revenue loss, or data corruption.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be abusing the system infrastructure or providing fraudulent payment proof.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
